Meet our team
Darren Manzari
founded KPI Mastery in 1996. He has been an Efficiency Consultant on hundreds on projects in more than 20 countries. While running his own automotive repair businesses early in his career, Darren discovered that the real secret to increasing efficiency and resource utilization comes from the interpretation of Key Performance Indicators combined with the actions taken to improve them. Darren is a mastermind at finding untapped revenue potential.
Donald Burns,

Pamela Lee
has spent over 16 years helping organizations make data-driven decisions to reach their goals and increase profitability. She is an expert in market research (understanding a business' external environment) as well as business intelligence (using a business' historical data to drive strategy). Prior to joining KPI Mastery, Pamela led the market research division of a consulting company. She has consulted on projects for over a hundred organizations.
